i was thinking of the dense growth of primeval forest when drawing this. but it becomes so hot now i envision her as an erupting volcano. ^_^;

Ahh.... i was waiting to see the 4th of your element series. I think this is my favourite out of all 4. I really love the delicate detail in the face, and what wonderful work you did with the hair!!! Gorgeous. I would like to see you do some more rich colours, maybe? I think maybe you colour too lightly overall... well, in my opinion anyways. Anyways, a wonderful coloured pencil piece. =)

Hmm yes, I think I see what you mean ^^' The pnceilwork is really good, what a pitty that there all tose white little pixels... but I guess that's usual when scanning pencil pictures. The hair is really well done

the hair is fantabulous! great depth and feeling in the whole portrait! delicate but bold at the same time. i don't mind the white dots, they add a unique texture!

Awww..... how did I miss this? This is a beautiful piece of pencil work! The volume and textures you've achieved here are very, very good. I've dabbled in mono graphite, but have never tried it in colour (seems to me it needs some excellent skills...) I've already built you the 'WP Lee Pencil Shrine' in the town center - well not really, but I will get round to it, promise!
